Episode 1 — “A Girl I Met in Another World”

First Thoughts on Yandere Dark Elf.

I had a first question instead of a first thought: “Why didn’t the original hentai doujins have a hentai anime adaptation?” However, publisher Takeshobo adapted into a serial manga the doujin’s characters and concept of Yandere Dark Elf: She Chased Me All the Way From Another World! (Chotto dake Ai ga Omoi Dark Elf ga Isekai kara Oikakete Kita, literally A Dark Elf Whose Love Is a Little Bit Heavy Chased Me from Another World). The anime adapts the tamer story from the serial graphic novels, meaning we won’t have any of the fun hentai tags. Disappointment. I doubt we’ll see futanari, paizuri, or pegging in this anime. But! The anime has nipples like the American translation from Seven Seas Entertainment. Rejoice!

We had the vanilla version of an elf in a reverse isekai last season in Nihon e Youkoso Elf-san. Yandere Dark Elf is the mirror negative image of that sweet story. The two elf characters even have the same name, Mariabelle! I’m ready for dark chocolate ice cream for this short-form anime from animation studio Elias. It also produced Elf-san wa Yaserarenai, so Elias already has a reputation for puffy elf nipples. I expect the same amount of thin narrative structure and satisfying pointy-eared fanservice. But Mariabelle’s heaviness has little to do with excess fat, differing from Kuroeda’s backstory. The tanned waifu’s heaving bosom comes from her slightly heavy love. My body is ready for a crazy, sexy, smothering isekai love story from a yandere dark elf.

Flashback. Hinata, the Hero, and his party — Mai (the melee cat girl fighter), Cecil (the tall, blonde healer), and Mariabelle (the dark elf sorceress) — assisted him in defeating the Demon Lord. And Hinata immediately returned to his world! Mariabelle’s heart broke because she planned to marry him. Ah. That was only in her mind. She was the clingy type. Ha! Hinata said the title of the anime. That’s your prologue for Yandere Dark Elf.

Present-day Japan. I see man nipples! This bodes well. Also boding well: Hinata lives alone because his parents died. The hentai hero setup affords lots of privacy time. Can the mousy Sakura Mochida overcome her anxiety and confess her feelings for Hinata? Of course not! This is Yandere Dark Elf, not Mousy Oppai Classmate.

Right on schedule. Here, Hinata. Have a faceful of dark elf melons! The prologue hinted at how love-crazy Mariabelle was, but she was worse. Her feelings aren’t “a little bit heavy.” Mariabelle’s love is heavier than the massive mammaries that give her sore shoulders and back problems. Hinata tells “Belle” to put some clothes on.

Har. Mariabelle is a horny yandere, all right. Sniffing Hinata’s scent on his borrowed sweater puts her into pre-orgasmic mode. She explained how bored she was after peace returned to her world and how much she missed him. Hohoho! Hinata can feel Mariabelle’s dark obsession bleeding into his mind. Yes. Her love is heavy! Aw. Hinata missed having company for dinner as he had in the other world. But will Mariabelle provide “dessert?” She wants to act like newlyweds forever. This yandere dark elf is a manipulative minx. She “needs” Hinata to show her how to use a modern bath.

He likes Mariabelle’s long, dark hair. So easy to wash! Hinata compared how it shines to a full moon in the night sky. Cheesy! Reciprocation time. How about a tongue bath from a slightly unhinged dark elf? Boo. Hinata is your standard harem main character who keeps pushing naked women’s body parts away from him. How long can he keep that up? Face plant!

Okay. An innocent no-pan lap pillow is good enough. I guess. Eep! Mariabelle unloads more expressions of dark obsession on him. Hinata’s hair is like the sun, but the moon can’t shine without its help. That’s why she’ll never let him go. Never!
